We are adding to our outstanding team with a Security Coordinator. This role may be located at any of our branches across Montana. As our Security Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Bank's physical security program, information security program, and Fair and Accurate Credit Reporting Program:
Assist as needed with regulatory compliance tasks and special department projects.
Coordinate and assist with reporting under the Bank Protection Act.
Assist in the development of security policies and procedures.
Assist with the internal and independent auditors during examinations and audits. Furnish auditors with requested information.
Assist Site Security Managers in their adherence to security policies and procedures.
Assist in administrating the Bank's electronic and physical security systems including Alarm, Access Control, Keyed Entry, Video Surveillance, Vault, and Safe Combinations.
Assist with subpoenas, summons, and other related legal requests by the Bank.
Assist in administrating the Bank's Vendor Management Program.
Facilitate the Bank's response to credit reporting agencies.
Assist in the development and delivery of security and safety training to Site Security Managers, Emergency Preparedness Personnel, and branch staff.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
2-year college degree or 4 years relevant experience - or equivalent combination of education & experience
Education and Experience Preferences:
Degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, management or related
Experience in accounting, banking, finance, security or regulatory environment specific to banking, bank examining, or auditing
