Partner with team to monetize digital communication, online banking, and mobile banking
Utilize data analytics to measure targets, compare to benchmarks, and define business cases
Assist with delivery of new/optimized products and features to consumers
Improve the digital customer experience utilizing best practices through a customer-obsessed lens
Build collaborative relationships with other U.S. Bank employees across business lines
Perform other related duties as requested to support key management processes
Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing a Master’s level degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing, with 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing
Experience with customer-focused design and development, sales across multiple products, and a full understanding of the end-to-end customer lifecycle
Skillful at producing customer journey analytics, understanding marketing funnels, and utilizing tactics/tools available for the navigation from brand exposure to conversion
Ability to drive the successful utilization of digital channels
Knowledge of the high-level factors that drive online sales and other marketing channels
Tenacious analytical skills, with experience interpreting and summarizing financial and web KPIs
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, build cases, and influence action
Effective written and verbal communication skills within a business context
Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and excitement about the digital marketing industry
Preferred experience in financial services industry with competencies in digital marketing strategies including SEM, SEO, display advertising, multivariate testing, propensity driven offers and prequalification
