COOKE SALES AND SERVICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / HR GENERALIST in BILLINGS, Montana
A trucking company with several related business interests is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Human Resource Generalist to work in their front office and perform clerical duties. Duties may include: - Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding drivers. - Creating employee personnel files. - Keeping driver files updated. - Filing reports. - Submitting requests for permits, licenses, and records. - Invoicing customers. - Maintaining service records for all equipment. - Performing typical clerical duties (answering phones, making bank deposits, greeting customers, preparing mail, etc.) Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year experience in the trucking industry. - Computer skills. Experienced with internet, Microsoft Office products, email, etc. Wage: Negotiable depending on qualifications. Hours: Part Time to start. Approximately 20 hours per week. May become full time.
