Alight Campus - Consumer Experience Product Project Coordinator Intern

As a Consumer Experience Product Project Coordinator Intern, you will assist in the execution of product strategy initiatives primarily in our partner network product line which provides solutions to employers to expand their benefits offerings to employees across health, wealth, and career domains. You'll be part of the Consumer Experience product team where our objective is to relentlessly pursue solutions for our customers that simplify and enhance work and life through our unique blend of service, technology, and data. We create digital solutions that creatively combine art and science, connected through our operational expertise.

The responsibilities include:
Supports market and competitor research and improvement to foundational frameworks to sustain ongoing collection and documentation of market intelligence
Supports the research and evaluation of potential partners as part of the Partner Network offer suite
Understands roles and interests of key stakeholders
Works with the Partner Network product manager to help onboard/operationalize new or recently added partners
Participates in product and channel planning meetings
Assists in project management of emerging product or partner initiatives and roadmap execution
Participates in project kickoff meeting(s) and ongoing status meetings
Monitors/manages project schedules, tracks milestones and deliverables
Works with team to ensure all documents are accurate and posted appropriately
Completes project and process evaluation, ongoing refresh schedules
Completes, closes, and archives project documents
Provides ideas for process improvements
Celebrates achievements with team

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree.

Applicants for this role must be on track to graduate in December 2021 - June 2022.

Alight's Early Career Development Internship Program, Inspire
The Inspire Internship is a part of our early career development programs. Interns in this program actively participate in a blended 10-week summer program, across offices throughout the US. This program is a blend of formal education, experiential learning, and mentorship and networking.
