What will you be doing: The Analyst, Contracting and Sourcing assists a specific service line or range of service lines in the sourcing and/ or contracting related activities necessary to support daily operations and savings. Responsibilities may include administration, forecasting, and managing an assigned portfolio of contracts and may include developing a project plan for assigned product categories, identification to contract execution and management of initiatives, which includes spend analysis, financial modeling, direct negotiations, internal and external terms and conditions collaboration, presentation creation for value analysis and/ or client committees, and contract management. Financial modeling includes supplier spend analyses, tier impact analyses and financial analyses for assigned product categories. The Senior Specialist provides inputs into the sourcing process and strategy and executes the process on multiple medium to high complexity categories. Will collaborate daily with Nexera Sourcing/ Contracting leadership and/or Client leadership for guidance and direction with complexities of contract portfolio or issue resolution. Minimum Qualifications Experience: Years of Applicable Experience - 2 or more years Education: High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Experience: Partner Contract experience Financial Analysis Coursework in purchasing or supply chain, healthcare, logistics, materials management, finance, operations, project management, technology, business intelligence tools, leadership training Education: Bachelor's Degree Travel: 25% - This role will require you to travel to Billings, MT one week out of each month.
