SCHEDULE

Monday - 08:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Tuesday - 08:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Wednesday - 08:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Thursday - 08:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Friday - 08:00 AM to 4:30 PM

1. 8-hour work shift

2. Overtime as per Collective Bargaining Agreement

Job Description:

1. Employee shall abide by company rules and regulations, including all GMP's (Good Manufacturing Processes) and SQF (Safe Quality Food) practices, working with safety first.

2. During your shift, you are to keep a neat and orderly work area.

3. Responsible for unloading/cleaning the inside of inbound trailers.

4. Maintaining case conveyor for case washer and cleaning of case washer.

5. Responsible to maintain dump area and to process dumps through the "Python" and cleaning of Python."

6. Pick and load orders in accordance with established procedures and paperwork. All orders must be picked accurately using clean, undamaged product within acceptable code requirements.

7. Responsible for the racking and rotating of product using, "First in/First Out method (FIFO). This includes product made in house and product purchased from other manufacturers for resale.

8. Must be able to operate both manual and electric pallet jacks and forklifts.

9. Responsible for completing required paperwork accurately, timely and neatly. Sign and date all paperwork as required. Write code dates, case and pallet counts on all outgoing load sheets and manifests for traceability reasons.

10. Must be able to work the line for long periods of time. Stand and walk continuously.

11. Responsible for reporting any food safety or food quality related issues to a supervisor immediately.

12. Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by a supervisor or manager.


Job Requirements:

Minimum of High School diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to understand and follow directions as given. Must be able to read load sheets and accurately set-up customer and driver orders. Must be 19 years of age or older. Be able to stretch, push, pull, squat and twist as required on a frequent basis. Must be able to work in cold environment. Must be able to recognize code dates, understand load sheets, and be flexible in doing work as instructed within scope of duties.
