RIMROCK FOUNDATION CLIENT NAVIGATOR in BILLINGS, Montana
Provide service management and coordination of services for all clients referred to/engaged in the Pregnant and Post-Partum Grant Services. Provide supportive services to Family Care and those families impacted by addiction. Assure adherence to state statutes and rules, CARF standards, and federal regulations including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Positively represents the organization and promotes Rimrocks Mission to the community.
