Position Summary:To provide leadership, clinical supervision, and administrative oversight to the assigned Community Based program team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide clinical case consultation, clinical and administrative oversight and direction to CBS program staff through regular monthly, ongoing supervision as assigned.
Provide licensed clinical supervision to in-training practitioners.
Review and approval of treatment and clinical documentation.
Coach to develop the core competencies as outlined by the state licensing board.
Verify and approve clinical licensure hours.
Facilitate and participate in meetings appropriate to the role as assigned by supervisor.
Assist in planning, designing, implementing and evaluating the policies and procedures for all YBGR Community based programs.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders and engage in regular communication, program planning and problem solving.
Maintain a flexible caseload that may include completing initial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required clinical documentation; may include carrying a full time caseload.
On call duties as assigned, including face to face response when necessary.
Contribute to the strategic goals and outcomes of the agency as measured by the development and achievement of individual, departmental, and organizational goals and outcomes. Participate in Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) goals of the organization both individually and as a team member.

Qualifications and Competencies:
Education:Master Degree (60 Credit Hour Program)
Previous Professional Experience:At least three years of clinical experience post licensure or 20 hours of board certified clinical supervision training
License and/or Certification:Montana Licensure as LCPC or LCSW, Valid Driver's License
Criminal / Child Abuse Clearance:Must pass criminal record and child abuse registry background check as required by the State of Montana.
Physical/Environmental Demands & Requirements:
Office Environment: Employees are protected from weather conditions or contaminants, but not necessarily occasional temperature changes
Must be able to remain in stationary position frequently
The person in this position needs to frequently move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as copier and printer.
The person in this position will constantly communicate with clients, their treatment team, and others. Must be able to communicate accurate information and accurately understand information communicated by those individuals.
Must be able to perceive, recognize, and observe clients behavior to include non-verbal cues expressed by the client.
Hiring Range Salary$49,468 - $55,404 DOE

About the OrganizationYellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch was founded in 1956 and welcomed the first boy to the ranch in 1957. Today Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch, a nonprofit organization, is trusted locally and nationally as a leader in the field of mental health care for children and their families.
Our Residential Treatment is located on a 410 acre, working farm and ranch located in Billings, MT. We offer a continuum of mental health services that include case management, youth mentoring, home/school-based programs and foster care in addition to residential treatment. We specialize in treating troubled youth who struggle with social, emotional, and behavioral disorders. We also have four Community Based Services locations in Livingston, Lewistown, Dillon, and Billings. With all of our locations we impact about 650 kids each day. And throughout our history, YBGR has impacted close to 10,000 youth and their families.
