QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED:* Master Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field and three years? experience in the delivery of substance abuse treatment counseling with an emphasis on developing and maintaining trauma-informed and gender-responsive environments.* Montana State Licensed Addictions Counselor * Three years? experience supervising counseling staff in a substance abuse program.* Possess clinical elements of substance abuse treatment.* Knowledge of trauma, attachment, and relational models.* Knowledge of methods for appropriate clinical documentation in a treatment setting.* Knowledge of techniques for effective assessments and case management.* Ability to write clear and concise reports and to interpret statistical data.* Ability to analyze therapeutic processes and determine means of maintaining and/or increasing efficiencies.* Ability to explain technical terminology to nonexperts.* Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs.* A current, valid Montana Driver's License.PREFERRED:* Working experience in the field of corrections.* Knowledge of local treatment referral agencies.* Grant writing and public relations experience.DUTIES:* The Clinical Therapist serves as the supervisor of all clinical aspects of an outpatient-based substance abuse treatment program by directing, supervising, and monitoring the work of clinical staff in the provision of substance abuse treatment services and aftercare planning for assigned clients.
