Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Development and execution of digital marketing including email campaigns, social media, Google Adwords, Google Analytics (digital metrics reporting), and search engine optimization.
Create and maintain technical presentations for clients; presentations include case studies, appropriate technical data, and the latest and most relevant company information and branding
Experienced with print and web design and production.
Evaluates trade publications, buyers guides, etc. to plan and support media schedules.
Oversees the flow of promotional work to vendors including trade publications, advertising agency, annual publications, printers, photographers, exhibit houses, etc.
Executes and coordinates production of product literature, product releases and product data sheets with Market Managers and Product Managers.
Coordination of product/advertisement photography shoots.
Executes communication programs to key internal personnel, Manufacturers' Representatives, and trade publications when a new product is introduced.
Purchases specialty promotional items in adherence to budget and plan that promote high visibility within distribution channel.
Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines.
Plan and prepare marketing material and necessary exhibits required for Jetstream and FS Solutions attendance at industry Trade Shows. Travel to required shows, co-ordinate and/or assemble booth, attend and participate in Trade Shows, tear-down and package material for return to Jetstream. Travel is required, and some weekend travel or Show Attendance may be necessary.
Prepare and update company catalogs, brochures, and other company marketing material in order to provide the latest up-to-date products and solutions.
As required, participates in special assignments.
Education (technical and/or commercial):
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Public Relations or Business discipline is required.
Job experience (years and type of experience):
3 5 years working experience in a marketing role;
Experience in layout/design and desktop publishing a requirement. Marketing Automation/Systems experience a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; ability to navigate new programs with ease and comfort
Must be organized, reliable, detail-oriented and able to follow up on tasks.
Copywriting/proofreading skill a plus
Knowledge of photography and video a plus.
