MONTANA RESCUE MISSION DIRECT CARE COUNSELORS in BILLINGS, Montana
Montana Rescue Mission (MRM), located in Billings, Montana, is looking for Direct Care Counselors to make a difference in the lives of homeless and struggling people in our corner of Big Sky Country. Currently in the process of building a Unified Campus to bring community programs and services under one roof, MRM offers shelter, spiritual care, counseling, case management, medical care, life skills education, and job skills training. Our Direct Care Counselors are essential to helping our shelter guests feel cared for in a positive, safe and healthy environment. What we are looking for: * Ability to work with people in varied circumstances related to homelessness including recovery and mental illness and to treat individuals with dignity and respect in all situations. * Demonstrated experience handling crisis and emergencies. * Bachelors degree in human services or related field and/or equivalent work experience
