Mark Rite Lines Equipment Equipment Startup Specialist in Billings, Montana

Key Activities/Responsibilities:
Ensure the proper setup and operation of MRL equipment, based on customer requirements from MRL production order
Ensure customer satisfaction of equipment by verifying equipment specification. Ensuring QC and QA processes are being follow by MRL production team.
Ensure support action is provided to final assembly team to resolve related issue and elevate unresolved issues to production management team.
Provide updated communications to production management concerning status of product startup.
With direction from Manager, Engineering, and Team Leads, lead diagnostic efforts as necessary at MRL startup facility.
Educate Team Leads on new equipment startups and change of SOPs.
Identify potential mechanical, electrical or hydraulic issues with existing equipment, document recommended changed and submit to engineering for review.
Provide input and review of technical data, parts bulletin, technical data sheets and other training related materials and notify Engineering and Manger as appropriate.
Maintain accurate and timely records of equipment startups to ensure necessary information is accurately recorded in a manner to assist in future technical issues.
Perform other related duties, assignments or special projects as needed.
Requirements
Associates degree in Automotive repair preferred, bachelors degree a plus.
ASE Master Truck Technician preferred.
CDL license preferred.
5 years experience in vehicle/equipment service and repair with a combination of mechanical, electrical, controls and hydraulics.
Combination of education and field experience will be considered
At least three (3) years diagnosis and repair experience in the following systems: Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Hydrostatic is required.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings.
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to operate a variety of hand tools to assist in the repair process.
Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and video photography.
