Global Documentary Services supports the International Banking needs of U.S. Bank’s clients. Processing centers are located in Minneapolis, Seattle, Portland, St. Louis, Los Angeles and Milwaukee.

Export Letters of Credit
Import Letters of Credit
Standby Letters of Credit
These products are governed under the Uniform Commercial Code Article 5, UCP and ISP
The Planning, Support and Control Manager for Global Documentation Services for U.S. Bank will be expected to effectively manage multiple teams of exempt/individual contributors and be familiar with above listed documentation service for some or all of the above listed documents.
Qualified candidate can be based at the listed processing centers or work out of one of U.S. Bank's major metro locations to virtually manage some or all employees.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of operations experience in the financial services industry
Five or more years of supervisory/management experience
Superior knowledge of operation functions, systems, controls, policies and procedures for large corporate and commercial banking operations
Lean Six Sigma or Design for Six Sigma process/project management experience
In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations
Demonstrate success at managing multiple exempt teams
Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills
Well-developed customer relations skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Thorough knowledge of banking operations and human resources
