Electro Controls is growing!! We have offices in Missoula, Billings, Great Falls, Bozeman, and Kalispell. We are hiring an additional Project Manager for the Billings area. Our Project Managers work with a strong team of project managers throughout the state as well as our team of foreman, install techs, sales professionals, integrators, etc.
Project Managers must be organized and able to organize others. Project Managers represent the lead person of our team for each project cycle; from NTP through Warranty. Project Managers must have excellent communication skills, provide leadership within our team, and thoroughly understand project risk. Our Project Managers are proficient in CPM scheduling as well as short interval scheduling. PM's should understand all contract documents and interpret design team intent. Project Managers are responsible for the purchasing process, the submittal process, responses to budget requests, RFP's, and must manage the change order process. Successful applicant must be able to facilitate on-site work with our on-site supervisors. Project Managers must communicate proactively with General Contractors, Owners, Design Team, MEP Team, Subcontractors, and Vendor Partners. Each project truly is a team effort.

Successful applicant will be put through an extensive hands-on training program covering all of the aspects of project management within our processes. Training is provided to a successful candidate for any deficiencies of normal project management duties. We also provide continuous training for all project managers within our organization to allow growth of the individual and accelerate organizational growth.
