Humana IT Compliance Professional in Billings, Montana
This is a fast paced compliance focused role in a rapidly changing environment. The position is part of an agile structured team which provides the opportunity to support multiple compliance assessments, with a focus on PCI Compliance, building your experience in multiple IT security frameworks. You will collaborate with a fun and close-knit team working to document our controls, gain feedback from stakeholders on how we are meeting those controls to help us maintain corporate compliance directives.
Ensure that the appropriate controls exist, operate effectively and that information systems procedures are in compliance with industry and corporate standards. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Associates degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of technical experience
Familiarity of IT Security regulatory and audit requirements and standards
Ability to work in a matrix environment with strong attention to detail
Ability to create process documentation, translating the non-technical to technical
Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communications
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
Emphasis on communication, collaboration, coordination within the organization
Demonstrated project management experience
Metrics and report development experience
Experience with developing and implementing automation for controls and compliance
Experience supporting PCI DSS assessments
