The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting the pharmacist in the delivery of quality pharmaceutical care and medication distribution as permitted by law.
· All Pharmacy Technicians, both non-certified and certified, must display and provide proof of current registration with the Montana State Board of Pharmacy
· All Pharmacy Technicians, both non-certified and certified, must successfully complete all required training and department/position-specific competencies.
· All Pharmacy Technicians, both non-certified and certified, must successfully maintain continuing education per board of pharmacy requirements and produce such documentation upon request.
· All Pharmacy Technicians, both non-certified and certified, must not be on the OIG exclusion list.
