In the role of Project Scheduler, we'll count on you to:
Develop, evaluate, compile and present schedule data, and utilize such data to develop schedules for execution of work for small to medium-size projects
Demonstrate familiarity with scheduling concepts of related work activities, logic diagrams, schedule resources, schedule milestones, level of effort, and general presentation of schedules in various formats
Work with project teams to update project schedules both internally and externally
Support project managers on adhering to contractual project timelines
Prepare deliverable "look ahead" reports based on project schedule requirements
Compose, type, format, proofread and edit documents, reports, specifications and correspondence
Create and maintain paper and electronic files
Apply company QMS guidelines and procedures for project document management
Perform other duties as needed
Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
2+ years in Construction Scheduling
Experience with Primavera P6 Scheduling Software
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to multi-task
Ability to interpret project schedules
An attitude and commitment to be an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
