Family Birth Center has been designed around this philosophy. Our
physicians, nurses and staff provide care in a comfortable, nurturing
environment that provides the highest-quality medical care. Our 14
birthing suites allow RNs to provide care for both mom and baby through
the entire birthing process. We are currently recruiting RNs who are
interested in being a part of our couplet care (this includes all
aspects of LDRP).
Under
general supervision, utilizes the nursing process of assessment,
planning, implementation and evaluation, and theoretical/clinical skills
in the promotion/maintenance of health. Incorporates evidence-based nursing practices consistent with national standards and which support quality outcomes. Assumes great responsibility and accountability for the quality of nursing care rendered. Directs
the activities of nursing and ancillary caregivers while maintaining
standards of professional care. Will be trained to work in all areas of
LDRP, including ante- and post-partum, delivery, scrubbing for
c-sections, and newborn care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
· Bachelors degree in nursing preferred
· Healthcare Provider CPR Certification required
· Current Montana state license as a registered nurse required
Must be willing to work nights and weekends, rotating schedules

Associate
(or Diploma) RNs hired into this position must commit to completing
their Bachelor of Nursing degree within 4 years of their date of hire.
