Description:
Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the all company assets to and from assigned route locations. Securely collect and deliver monies to and from assigned route locations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Safely drive to and from assigned route locations following all local, state, and federal laws and company’s driving policies and procedures
Guard and provide protection of Collection team and company assets
Collect all monies from gaming machines within Golden Route Operations locations and complete the appropriate paperwork with location owners and managers
Count and balance monies from machines
Take and record meter readings, as necessary
Bundle and sort tickets and cash
Accurately and efficiently complete all necessary paperwork for each location
Perform all work in a safe and secure environment
Prepare necessary supplies for the next day’s work
Maintain vehicle cleanliness
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, and federal regulations
Report any problems to Supervisor immediately
Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications
Previous experience performing same or similar job duties preferred
Proven experience being reliable, dependable, and honest
Familiar with and knowledgeable of the area road system
Comfortable driving during various driving conditions and traffic patterns, including rush hour
Able to successfully work independently
Possess excellent communication and organization skills
Able to communicate effectively with team members, guests, location owners/managers and supervisors
Proven experience providing high level of guest service
Previous experience working in a team or group environment
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents
Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations
Must be insurable by the Company
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements
Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and/or chest levels
Frequently bend, reach, twist, climb, squat, kneel, stand, and walk
Frequently sitting and driving
Constant use of hearing and vision, distinguish between shades of color, and use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
