Humana Senior Agile Learning Design Professional in Billings, Montana

The IT Learning Strategies team's vision is to deliver progressive and innovative learning solutions that support Humana in building business value that will impact the consumer experience and enable our associates to grow and reach their greatest potential. The IT Learning Strategies team is part of the IT Organizational Strategy department in IT, which helps manage and oversee key business matters directly within the Chief Information Technology Officer's direct line of sight. The team also provides strategies, practices and discipline around enabling the organization through culture development, associate training, building new pipelines for talent, organizational change management, and communications.

Responsibilities

The Senior (Agile) Learning Design Professional supports Humana's Agile transformation by working alongside IT partners to analyze content, design solutions, facilitate content, and guide teams.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not be limited to:

  • Collaborate with learning/coaching partners across IT to provide a holistic approach to Agile learning

  • Design and deliver interactive classroom and virtual instruction on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe

  • Support Humana's Agile Transformation with reports, metrics, analyses, and recommendations related to learning

  • Guide teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure overall strategy is being met

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated contributor to complex systems development or IT delivery efforts

  • 5+ years' experience using Agile principles, practices, and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe on technical projects

  • One or more Agile certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified SAFe® Agilist, Certified SAFe® Program Consultant, SAFe® Product Owner / SAFe® Product Manager, Certified SAFe® Scrum Master

  • Experience with transitioning teams to an Agile environment

  • Previous experience as Agile Coach

  • Experience in creating Agile training and workshop materials

  • Strong facilitation and consulting skills

  • For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home. Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience with systems thinking and persona development

  • Prior experience in the health solutions industry
