U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Information Security Engineer with demonstrated competence and visionary leadership experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Provides technical expertise in development and support of all activities, processes, and tools for protecting technology-based information. Leads enterprise-wide definition, establishment, and maintenance of application security related solutions, applications, and processes. Reviews, develops, tests, and implements security integration plans, products, and control techniques. Proactively monitor the system generated alerts to act on failure notifications. Participate in quarterly DR exercise to recover HPE Fortify and other technology recovery exercise. Review logs, reference documentation and use working knowledge of applications to either resolve production failures and timely routes the incident to the correct escalation contact Evaluates new and proposed security systems and technologies.
Candidate must possess strong application development experience in JAVA and C . Responsible for providing technical expertise in integrating applications with various build systems, and support of various Cyber security solutions with Web Applications, infrastructure support, upgrade and support of all activities, processes, and tools related to multiple Cyber Security Product Suites. Educates, trains, and supports end-users and ISS staff in good security practices and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent work experience
Five or more year of experience in information security
Two or more years of experience in IT infrastructure management, application architecture, risk management, middleware technology, and IT project management
Operational Experience using Fortify WebInspect, SCA (Static Code Analyzer), AWB (Audit Work Bench), SSC (Software Security Center), CSC (Cloud Scan Controller) and Fortify IDE Plugins
Experience with using build tools ANT, Maven, and MSBuild and their use with Fortify's build integration
Working knowledge using CI/Automation tools such as Build Forge, RTC, TFS and/or Jenkins
Working knowledge of Core Security Concepts
Working knowledge of Development Lifecycle Security Controls
Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a timely manner, and must be able to meet assigned deadlines and service levels.
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to write clear, concise business communication for multiple levels (management, technical, user).
Ability to collaborate and/or engage others to accomplish projects.
Programming experience in and object oriented language such as JAVA or C#
Experience in integrating security into DevOps and CICD using Rugged DevOps or DevSecOps
Experience in Batch, Shell, and Powershell scripting
REST API client development experience using JAVA
Operational Experience using Fortify SCA (Static Code Analyzer), AWB (Audit Work Bench), SSC (Software Security Center), CSC (Cloud Scan Controller) and Fortify IDE Plugins
Experience with Build Forge, RTC, TFS and Jenkins is highly desirable
Understanding of SSL and digital certificates
