Description

The Senior Talent Management Professional develops, implements, and evaluates employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs in a combination of disciplines such as management development, talent management, succession planning, technical or nontechnical training, or e-learning. The Senior Talent Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Talent Management Professional monitors employee development and training programs, assesses needs and results, develops new programs, and modifies existing programs. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+years of Human Resources, Talent Management and Learning and Development experience

  • Demonstrated adaptability work cross functional across the enterprise

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment multi-tasking meeting deadlines and goals

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experience

  • Potential 10% travel based business need

  • Demonstrated ability to uphold confidentiality at all times

  • As a WAH associate, you will be required to work from your own home and no other location. In order to qualify, you must have a room in your home designated as a home office; away from high traffic areas where confidential information may be secured. A minimum internet speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) internet speed is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Instructional Design to include assessment and measurements

  • Learning Technology or Authoring Software

  • Project Management

  • Facilitation with the ability to use virtual tools

  • Microsoft Office 365
