FLYING J TRAVEL PLAZA STORE SECURITY STAFF MEMBER in BILLINGS, Montana
Flying J Travel Plaza in Lockwood is seeking a Store Security Staff Member to provide for the safety and security of the property, including customers and employees.
Duties: - Performs regular safety checks of the property in accordance with established procedures. - Handles customer problems and complaints. - Maintains a close working relationship with the Manager. - Reports for work fit for duty, well-groomed and wearing the appropriate uniform. - Will carry and operate a portable radio communication device. - Maintains high-visibility during work shift. - Will put customers and employees at ease. - Will discourage inappropriate or criminal behavior. - Will make frequent security checks of the property. - Will continually check that all entrances are secure throughout the work shift. - Will closely monitor the parking lot and surrounding areas. - Will watch for any signs of theft or vandalism. - Will investigate suspicious activity and question people acting suspiciously. - Will report and document all incidents according to applicable policy. - Will provide assistance to other employees as needed.
NOTE: The use of handcuffs, pepper spray, or other restraining devices is not permitted.
Wage: \$15.00 per hour for day shifts. \$16.00 per hour for graveyard shifts. Wage could be more depending on qualifications.
Hours: Various shifts available.
