Job you will do
Typical Day in the Life
This is a 24 hour/week position that is dedicated to serving one client.
A typical day as a Technical Support Associate may include:
Provide exceptional client service.
Take first calls for all user support requests.
Escalate customer support issues as needed to provide high-quality support.
Keep client's system and documentation up to date.
Configure work stations according to client and Eide Bailly standards.
Who You Are
You are seeking an Associate's or a Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or have equivalent job experience.
You have the ability to develop relationships and consistently deliver an exceptional client experience.
You are able to excel in a dynamic work environment.
You are proficient with computers and have a high level of professionalism.
You have the ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
