Beautiful Directions Counseling Therapist in Billings, Montana
Beautiful Directions Counseling is hiring a full time LCPC. We are willing to supervise clinical hours prior to full licensure. The pay is competitive, and we offer benefits after 6 months. One on one client interaction is required. A LAC license is preferred but not required. 12-month probationary period.Responsibilities:Conducting thorough assessmentsDiagnosing mental health disordersDeveloping treatment plansCollaborating with clients to help set achievable goals and milestonesFacilitating individual, group, and/or family sessionsProviding therapeutic interventionsProviding immediate support by responding to and managing crisis situationsMaintaining accurate client recordsStrictly complying with legal and ethical standardsCommunicate effectively with all involved!
