The Opportunity

We are currently seeking talented and motivated Treasury Analyst candidates to perform a variety of professional-level tasks. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to prioritize a number of different projects, and offers the opportunity to interact with fellow employees and executive leadership throughout the company. A "can-do" attitude and spirit will allow the individual an opportunity to succeed in the role and will position a successful candidate for enhanced opportunities throughout the company. This position reports to the Ulteig Treasurer.

What You'll Do

Monitor and evaluate cash needs on both a daily and long-term basis by collecting, summarizing and reviewing daily cash activity to produce cash position worksheet on an as-needed basis.

Assist with cash forecasting and long-term planning for cash needs.

Analyze and develop an understanding of Ulteig's debt agreements, paying particular attention to debt covenants and other compliance requirements while assisting Ulteig Financial Accounting with preparation of all debt compliance certificates.

Analyze and develop an understanding of Ulteig's ESOP structure and serve as the primary point of contact for ESOP inquiries from employees, both current and former, addressing questions or issues that arise in the administration of the ESOP or in regard to distributions to former employees.

Assist the Treasurer on executive-level projects as requested.

Assist Business Development with modeling and cash flow effect of various acquisition opportunities.

Develop an understanding of Ulteig's 401k administrative responsibilities assisting Payroll and HR as needed in fulfilling those responsibilities.

Maintain documentation of Treasury Department procedures while continuously working to enhance process and increase efficiencies.

What We Expect from You

Experience of 2-4 years of increasingly responsible work experience in a finance/banking/treasury environment.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related course of study preferred. CPA preferred.

Strong finance knowledge, Excel spreadsheet skills and understanding of general ledger accounting activity.

Detail oriented and highly sensitive to deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills, oral and in writing.

Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.
