Kindred Healthcare, Inc., Billings Clinic and St. Vincent Healthcare are in partnership to operate a 34-bed Inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Billings, Montana.

The Rehabilitation Hospital of Montana, offers all private rooms and treats patients who are recovering from conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury.

Job Summary:

Employee will ensure that all patient and special unit charges are processed. Will ensure that all patient and unit supplies are ordered and received. Initiates a new medical record for each admission, maintains records during the patient stay, and closes the record upon patient discharge. This person answers telephones, greets and assists visitors and assists in performing clerical tasks. He or she possesses good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required with two years of college level education preferred.

  • Prior experience in a hospital setting is preferred.

  • Must have the ability to work with all levels of medical personnel, patients and families,

  • Ability to speak and write concisely with knowledge of medical terminology desirable.

  • Current Montana CNA license preferred
