Intertek Channel Account Executive, Remote in Bozeman, Montana

About the Role:

Wisetail is actively seeking a Remote Channel Account Executive to join the Sales Team!

The primary function of this role is to sell products and/or services to customers through

assigned sales channels (“Channel Partners”). Support Wisetail to increase the

corporate footprint, generate demand and expand the addressable market – particular

focus will be on identifying new marketplace opportunities, conducting discovery, and

driving demand generation campaigns with key Channel Partners.

You will maximize sales activities and achieve quota by building strong Channel Partner

relationships, leveraging the Wisetail sales marketing network, and training Channel

Partners on product and product enhancements. Collaborating with multiple

departments within Wisetail to drive field-based activities, you will be responsible for

driving activities to ensure customer and Channel Partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a multi-faceted, channel sales position: part account manager, part

  • relationship leader and part program leader driving channel programs (sales

  • enablement, marketing initiatives, etc.)

  • Conduct training and drive other programs to develop both product knowledge

  • and mindshare within our Channel Partners’ salesforce, driving engagement

  • and ensuring Wisetail is relevant to their customers.

  • Coordinate activities between marketing, sales, product and the channel to

  • achieve exceptional strategic execution.

  • Coordinate and drive demand generation campaigns.

  • Serve as the customer’s advocate and maintain a high level of Channel Partner

  • satisfaction.

  • Drive customer and partner satisfaction by responding to issues and escalations

  • in a timely manner.

  • Articulate Wisetail’s entire portfolio of solution offerings and how they meet the

  • needs of the customer.

  • Execute within a value-based selling approach, focusing on understanding the

  • customer's business issues.

  • Provide professional leadership and coordination of support teams, including

  • business partners who support the daily transactional activities.

  • Deliver product roadmap presentations and discussions linked to specific

  • customer needs.

  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills are requirements along with a love

  • to work with people. 90% of this job is working with Channel Partners,

  • customers and prospects - email, phone, demos, webinars and tradeshows.
