Position Details
General Statement | The Chemical Safety Specialist provides technical and managerial support to MSU operations by supporting the Chemical Safety Officer and providing assistance managing the chemical safety program, as pertaining to the hazard communication standard (OSHA 1910.1200) and the laboratory standard (OSHA 1910.1450). The position assists with management responsibilities for advancing SRM’s mission to protect MSU’s people, assets and property and to foster compliance with federal, state and local regulations. |
