Bozeman Health Medical Group now hiring a full time Internal Medicine physician. This full time candidate must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine. We seek someone with at least 3-5 years of outpatient clinic experience within a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model. A strong candidate will have experience working with value-based payment programs and a collaborative team model of care.
Our practice offers:
Full scope outpatient internal medicine practice seeing young adults to geriatrics.
Mature practice support with 15 physicians and 4 APC’s (NP and PA)
Full time standard of 32 patient contact hours weekly
Telephonic call after hour rotation
Main clinic is open Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, and Saturday mornings 8am-noon. Open access model evolving for daily walk in care of our patients

Bozeman Health, governed by a community board of directors, is responsible for the flagship Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital, Bozeman Health Medical Group, Highland Park Medical Campus, and Bozeman Health Big Sky Medical Center. The integrated health system also includes Bozeman Health Hillcrest Senior Living with independent and assisted living facilities, an outpatient services center, a same-day surgery center, a clinical research group and Bozeman Health Urgent Care. Today, Bozeman Health is the largest private employer in Gallatin Valley with more than 2400 employees.
The hospital is an 86-bed facility with 7 ORs, 8 bed ICU, 8 bed progressive care unit, 25 bed ED. Approximately 28,000 ED visits per year. A new NICU slated to open in 2021 as part of a comprehensive women and children’s care system. The medical ICU and the hospital-based surgery center are also undergoing expansion. Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital is staffed by board certified ED, ICU, and hospitalist physicians (internal medicine).
The hospital has level III ACS Trauma Center designation and is DNV accredited. There are approximately 260 physicians on the medical staff representing a broad spectrum of both medical and surgical specialties.
Formed in 2005, Bozeman Health Medical Group, an essential part of Bozeman Health, is a multispecialty group practice with more 140 physicians. BHMG primary care physicians are employed at eight primary care clinics across four sites, with a fifth site opening in 2021. Primary Care is supported by 6 surgical specialty clinics and 7 medical specialty clinics including a ACS certified Cancer Center, interventional cardiology, comprehensive rehabilitation services, a hyperbaric medicine and wound care center, audiology, ambulatory nutrition and diabetes education.
