Job Summary:As a Concrete Laborer, you will provide attentive and quality labor in building foundations with crew. Become an integral part of the team and support the crew in whatever capacity is needed on jobsite. Be a team member your crew can rely on to always be on time and ready to work. Position Responsibilities:Moving materials to and from storage and job sitesBending, placing and tying rebarStrip footings and form panels and tying barPlacing wailing and setting gradeCleaning the site; removal of tools & supplies, loading truckKeeping trucks and trailers stocked and ready for deployment to jobShow up to improve; Be reliable, be on time and be flexibleAccountable for their actions; acting with personal ownership and prideFollow directions and complete projects in a thorough mannerAccomplish a variety of tasks as the work load demandsWork outdoors in year-round climatesHandle an average of 8 to 10 hours of physical labor dailyLift up to 70 lbsRequirements:Valid Drivers LicenseBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
