The Customer Support Representative that supports our SDC business has responsibility for providing excellent customer service to Mesa's customers by consistently and accurately meeting or exceeding their expectations and needs. The CSR processes orders, handles and directs internal and external customer communication, and coordinates with various departments to respond to inquiries. The CSR is responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer confidence and loyalty. Key Job Responsibilities: Processes orders, handles and directs internal and external customer communication, and coordinates with various departments to respond to inquiries. Builds and maintains business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer confidence and loyalty. Resolve customer complaints to include escalating to Supervisor or additional departments when appropriate. Follow up on sales quotes and customer Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA). Manage, maintain and update customer accounts. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments when needed. Qualifications/Education: High school education, Associate Degree in technical services, customer service or a related field preferred Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service position supporting manufacturing, medical device or other life science product customers Experienced in answering customer calls and email inquiries, professionally, promptly, and efficiently. Sales account management support experience to assist with management of specific distributor accounts. Knowledge and experienced use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, NetSuite is current platform Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office programs including Excel pivot tables and data analysis Professional verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team environment Prior project related and task experience with continuous improvement, taking initiative and leadership Proven track record in meeting deadlines and other time management organizational skills Compensation/Benefits: The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and compensation for this position.
