Hayden Beverage Company Delivery Supervisor: Bozeman, MT 1.27.21 in Bozeman, Montana

Montana’s fastest growing beer, wine, and only Red Bull distributor, Hayden Beverage Co., is looking to hire a highly motivated Delivery Supervisor to oversee our driver and merchandising operations. As part of our operations group, you grow customer satisfaction by transporting beer, wine, Red Bull and other non-alcohol products safely and timely to our customer partners.

About the Position:

  • Tuesday – Saturday, early morning starts, with full weekend availability

  • Local territory and ability to assist in outlying markets

  • Oversee all delivery operations and work closely with sales and warehouse teams to ensure company standards are met

  • Supervise delivery drivers and merchandisers to include training, time and attendance, employee relations, and safety

  • Work with HR team to hire new drivers and merchandisers

  • Cover routes as needed to include deliveries and merchandising

  • Responsible for collection of monies/funds owed on invoices upon delivery of products, including proper check in and reconciliation of monies received, invoices, balances at the account and at the end of the route

  • Ability to work other days and holidays as directed by business needs

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs consistently

  • $38-40k Salary

The Qualified Candidate:

  • You are competitive and like to work at a fast pace

  • Preferred knowledge of distribution industry

  • You are detail oriented and efficiently organized

  • Can work well individually or in a team environment

  • Able to take constructive feedback and willing to provide top notch customer service in accounts

  • Can do/will do attitude

  • Able to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public

  • Must have an Acceptable Motor Vehicle record

  • Pre-employment drug testing and background check required

  • Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds

  • Ability to obtain Class A CDL Certification
