Oracle Digital Marketing Manager, Global Coordination in Bozeman, Montana
Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle's demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.
Develops and implements digital marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Executes online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Translates ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertising and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making. Applies statistics-based market intelligence to business issues and formulates recommendations on optimizing the user experience and help drive business outcomes. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles. Researches and evaluates new technology trends and identifies new optimization opportunities. Manage online advertising relationship and local social media agencies.

Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives.i Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. 12 years of Marketing experience in the technology industry preferred, preferably software industry. Experience should include relationship management. Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible results. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable. Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

Oracle is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to coordinate the global expansion of digital marketing efforts to deliver great buyer experiences, drive pipeline and create revenue in support of the global Oracle Cloud HCM Pillar.
Our mission is to plan and execute our digital campaigns globally, while adapting those plans to local markets wherever appropriate. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the global coordination, localization, and communication efforts of our digital strategy framework in alignment with regional teams. You will partner with the global paid media, social, search, creative and regional field marketing leads to ensure that the overall digital marketing strategy is set up for success in all regions. You’ll coordinate the localization and translation media requirements between the creative and paid media teams, partner with field marketing to make sure their account coverage needs are accurately represented, monitor performance regionally to understand global trends, and ensure that testing is appropriately implemented across regions, This role is designed for a digital marketing professional who has experience in global marketing coordination and excels in situations where building consensus across multiple teams is critical. The ideal candidate will drive results knowing that performance is dependent on many stakeholders, partners and vendors.
- Represent the needs of local and regional teams in the strategic planning process
o Coordinate with pillar Paid Media lead, as well as regional leads from our in-house Paid Media agency, to ensure that any regionally relevant Paid Media partners are included in Paid Media plans
o Coordinate with pillar social lead to ensure that regionally relevant platforms, or regionally (language-specific) versions of pages on key platforms are accounted for in social strategy
o Work with HCM Field Marketing team to ensure that account lists from all regions, segmented by sales play, are maintained and up-to-date, maximizing the value of our global ABM marketing strategy
- Coordinate localization of global marketing plans
o Partner with the global Oracle Cloud HCM Content & Brand team and regional marketing teams to manage the development of local-language assets for all Paid Media, social, and email programs
o Coordinate with global Oracle Cloud HCM digital channel owners to ensure accurate activation of local-language assets across all channels
o Work with regional Field Marketing teams to incorporate regionally-developed content (especially in-language content) where appropriate and where aligned with the global Oracle Cloud HCM Content & Brand strategy, i.e. incorporating local market, in-language case studies for EMEA & JAPAC email marketing in lieu of NA-based case studies
- Serve as main point of contact for regional Field Marketing leads with regard to planning and performance reporting
o Communicate with EMEA & JAPAC leads throughout the planning process to ensure the planned digital marketing coverage for their region, including planned delivery by country, is clear
o Regularly provide status updates on activation of regional and local components of the digital marketing plan
o Partner with regional Field Marketing leads to ensure sales enablement is in place for lead follow-up from any leads coming from digital marketing
o Communicate regional reporting, partnering with operations & analytics team to make sure the data is clear
o Work with the global Oracle Cloud HCM digital channel owners to ensure that any global tests, optimizations, and pilots are clearly communicated and reported
10 years of experience in global B2B marketing (for Enterprise or SaaS a plus)
Demonstrated success improving global marketing programs across KPIs like engagement, conversions and pipeline generation
Understanding of regional differences in digital marketing best practices and latest tools and trends
Understanding B2B marketing alignment with sales, and how social fits into a cross-channel strategy
Strong project management skills and relationship building skills across various teams
Data-driven and very comfortable with handling and analyzing data, and building reports to track performance metrics including pipeline creation, revenue attribution and ROI
Comfortable presenting ideas and reports to stakeholder groups and leadership
Proven ability to solve challenging problems with creative ideas and persistence
