Finance Organization is in the midst of a digital transformation and is looking for a bold and innovative leader who can hit the ground running to continue to steer the organization through change. This leader will champion and transform the strategy and lead the team to deliver on the vision. They will collaborate with teams across the organization to create a digital first culture and most importantly enhance the experience for our customers to ensure we fulfil their needs.

Job responsibilities

  • Champion and transform our strategy and business processes to deliver a best in class digital ecosystem in alignment with business vision

  • Lead mission-critical program and project initiatives in areas of Finance Systems and Integrations. Actively seek out and drive continuous improvement opportunities across business processes and system solutions.Â

  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to manage/deliver projects end to end across various business functions.

  • Supports SMEs and operations teams in solutions testing including identifying the test use cases, execution of testing, and bug resolution/review.

  • Support change management, stakeholder communication, user training during project/product delivery phases

  • Lead PMO - Focus is on Agile Methodology instead of Waterfall

  • Partners with global and regional BPOs and IT/engineering teams on change control and compliance processes as needed.

  • Proven track record of managing and delivering successful enterprise-wide, business transformation, and multi-disciplinary change initiatives (with focus within the Finance organization)

  • Ability to build structural framework with close to no precedent (starting from scratch)

  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills– Ability to lead, develop and execute multiple projects that involve a high degree of ambiguity, self-starter, "go-getter", proven learner, and problem solver.

  • Influences and negotiates at the top executive levels, with great latitude on outcomes; presents and defends complicated or delicate issues

  • Gains acceptance of ideas and suggestions from senior business executives.Â

  • Provides leadership and direction through managers; Is accountable for the overall performance

  • Applies in-depth knowledge of /own segment function, business, and commercial expertise to differentiate itself from the competition.

  • Anticipates changes in the external environment, customer demand, new technologies and the capability of the business model to address emerging changes in customer needs

  • 50% of time spent on Multi-Year Strategic Initiatives, to realize DoW (Definition of winning) of Business Unit strategic plan

  • Demonstrates an ability to thrive in an unstructured, ambiguous environment. Adapts leadership style and management to situation at hand. Adjusts departmental priorities and resource allocations to support changing needs

  • A change-ready leader of implementing the change and ensuring alignment with organization’s vision and values; Predicts impact of change on key stakeholders and designs and implements a plan.

  • Develops business unit, department or subfunction plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant digital transformation experience

  • Problem Solver and Analytical thinker

  • Hadoop, SQL query to process "raw data" to "processed data"

  • Evaluates key business challenges; directs the development of new or innovative solutions; Exercises judgment, based on previous experience, practices and precedents, to identify and solve problems that arise with little or no precedent

  • Master’s degree preferred
