Dayspring Restoration, the largest property damage mitigation and restoration company in Montana, is hiring mitigation technicians in our Bozeman office.

Mitigation technicians are the superheroes and heroines of the company: they are available 24/7 to stop damage in its tracks by extracting water, using equipment to dry and dehumidify a wet environment, putting up containment, removing damaged and affected building materials, treating the impacted area for microbial growth, and monitoring job progress. In addition to duties at the jobsite, technicians are also responsible for:

A typical work week is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, but we are available 24/7 to respond to emergencies. Overtime is paid when job responsibilities require more than 40 hours per week. Full time employees are eligible for paid time off, health benefits, and paid holidays.
