Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

About the Role:

As an Employee Experience program manager, you will develop and implement people-centered programs that reflect and enhance our signature SaaS Engineering employee experience. You will design and run end-to-end experiences that cultivate a vibrant, diverse, and dynamic workplace environment that attracts and retains talent. You will own the employee experience for core elements of the employee lifecycle (ex: performance feedback and achievement, diversity and inclusion, culture and community) with a goal of enhancing engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish scalable, creative programs that challenge the status quo, and execute them seamlessly.

  • Bring best practice expertise and ideas to strengthen and streamline employee programs.

  • Support employee engagement and community building activities and initiatives.

  • Work on the development of key transformational programs and ensure initial program rollouts, change management efforts, and long-term execution of plans are successful.

  • Gain insights and address gaps identified through corporate employee engagement survey feedback. Establish a supplemental, ongoing employee listening approach.

  • Ensure engagement practices are being applied consistently across the organization to ensure a uniform experience is delivered to all employees, regardless of functional area.

  • Use data and multi-directional feedback loops to evaluate results as a means to learn, iterate, and improve.

  • Develop and publish program documentation, and partner with /the Internal Communication Specialist/ on the communication approach for program delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience in a business or people-focused field

  • An obsession with people. You are creative, strategic, and have a passion for delivering meaningful, memorable experiences.

  • Change management experience with exceptional program and project management skills; 5 years of project/program experience preferred.

  • Deep and wide expertise across people-centered knowledge areas, processes, and best practices, and you know how and when to use them to maximize impact.

  • Great listener, open to feedback, and able to adapt to new information or constructive guidance.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to make work better through an agile, iterative approach.

  • Well-developed planning and organizational skills, and you flourish in an environment where you work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
