Bozeman Health Patient Account Representative (Full-Time) in Bozeman, Montana
Position Summary:
The Patient Account Representative greets and admits customers and patients and performs routine reception duties including filing and answering the phone. The Patient Service Representative schedules patients and customers for services.
Minimum Qualifications:
Computer and typing experience
Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred: Data processing and data entry experience
Essential Job Functions:
Schedules, greets, and admits customers and patients
Answers and relays phone messages
Prepares charts and completes filing, as needed
Assist department as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Computer applications, MS Office, EMR, internet applications and standard office equipment
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates sound judgement, patience, and maintains a professional demeanor at all times
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple
Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Exercises tact, discretion, sensitivity and maintains confidentiality
