We need you to be on your game with materials ordering, submittals, O&Ms, RFIs, and promoting a safe work environment. You represent the company to both clients and consultants, as this role is responsible for division sales, bidding, costing, estimating, and long term scheduling. Ideally you thrive on managing multiple projects at once, mostly high end residential with some commercial projects. You need to have at least 3-5 years of experience managing construction projects. Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam expertise is a must and some knowledge of Sage Estimator, Revit, ProCore, or Spectrum would be a huge plus.
