Highgate Senior Living Account Resident Care Coordinator and Scheduler in Bozeman, Montana

JOIN OUR TEAM.: In the Resident Care Coordinator role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our Care Partner team to ensure that the highest quality of care is provided to our beloved residents. You will oversee the creation of individual life stories and the execution of customized service plans tailored to the likes, dislikes, issues and interests of each resident. You will bring to Highgate an elevated knowledge base and experienced skill set in assisting people with progressive dementias. Under your guidance every resident, regardless of age or ailment, will find purpose and joy in the activities of daily living. A community, not a facility.
