About the Role: We are looking for a Visual Merchandising and In-Store Marketing Manager to join our SITKA Gear team in Bozeman, Montana. In this role, you will use advanced design, technology and fabrics to create gear that enhance the full life experience of the hunter. This role will be key in creating exceptional consumer experiences at retail across our different channels of distribution that elevate our brand position, further our connection with the consumer, and drive commercial success.


Up-level the consumer experience with a focus on key doors, elevating product, visual presentation, communication, and service
Manage the holistic marketplace for retail and wholesale with the development of seasonal retail directives that ensure a unified, and excellent, visual presentation
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales, to ensure seamless execution at key launch moments
Communicate successes and share learnings to further enhance our use of best practices
Work collaboratively with merchant and design partners to bring key items and stories to life seasonally via strong visual merchandising and marketing support
Represent and drive the consumer retail experience in seasonal go-to-market planning processes from product design inception to sales floor
Be a key partner in defining the future of SITKA's in-store experience across all channels

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
A minimum of 6 years experience in retail marketing and visual merchandising
Cross-functional integrated marketing experience with a strong background in in-store marketing and visual merchandising
Experience and proven skill driving process while working across multiple seasons in a high door-count consumer brand
Self-starter who turns strategy into action with experience exercising independent judgement and decision making
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation that result cross-functional collaboration and alignment with teams and leaders
Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to coordinate with internal and external marketing, merchandising and creative partners simultaneously
Proven ability to prioritize workloads, lead and manage multiple projects and rollouts simultaneously, and drive results in a fast paced environment
Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives
Ability to travel up to 30%

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Retail marketing, visual merchandising gained at a leading footwear or apparel brand
