PORT OF MONTANA Customer Service Coordinator in BUTTE, Montana

The Port of Montana is looking for a hard-working individual who has a passion for helping others and being compensated exceptionally well for their hard work!The job of the CSC serves as the primary point of contact with customers. The individual in this position must develop and nurture customer relationships, provide technical support, planning and optimization for all accounts assigned to their portfolio, coordinate customers shipments, provide up to date inventories in a fast-paced evolving work environment. The successful candidate must work effectively with all members of the team and with a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for carrying the organization's reputation for professionalism during all interactions with outside business, colleagues and customers. Success in this position requires: Self-motivation, flexibility and the willingness to adapt to new and constantly changing work environment. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Enthusiasm with a high degree of ownership and accountability for achieving consistent results. Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize responsibilities to optimize productivity. Ability to research, understand, apply and ultimately communicate rail and truck loading/unloading and product storage requirements. Ability to work independently and cultivate relationships. Ability to learn and utilize new concepts on with little supervision. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The CSC will represent the company in an ethical and professional manner at all times. They will be the primary contact for businesses inquiries, customer support and service, manage customer orders and inventory, enter customer orders and rail car shipments in inventory, prepare documentation for truck arrivals and departures, product staging, and oversee/ manage product moving in and out of the facility. The CSS must be a proactive individual; strategic thinker who can problem solve and thrive in a high paced environment. The CSC must be comfortable speaking on the phone and have the communication ability to manage customer expectations and ensure services are undertaken on time and on budget. The position will primarily be based in the office, but the CSC will need to be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and outside in all weather conditions. Some travel for marketing assistance may be required.QUALIFICATIONS: An associate degree in Business Administration or related field is required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related filed is preferred. 3-5 years of account management or customer service; or Any equivalent combination of experience or training which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the work.WAGES: $45,000 - $55,000. DAYS/HOURS: M-F 7 A.M.-5:30 P.M. BENEFITS: Yes.
