Who are we looking for?

We are looking for motivated environmental engineering/science interns to join and work alongside our expert teams in our Butte, and Anaconda offices. At Woodard & Curran, interns will generally shadow experienced engineers/scientists and participate as a member of our project teams by contributing to actual project design or field oversight. Internships with us are an exceptional opportunity to be able to apply what you have learned "from the classroom" via experience based-learning.

What will you be doing at Woodard & Curran?

The position will focus on services and support in the field including: environmental field monitoring and sampling of soils, ground water and surface water, assisting in data compilations and evaluations, data collection and reporting. You will also assist office and project personnel in the preparation of reports and submittals. This is an excellent experience for an individual looking to begin their career in the environmental industry.

What will you need to succeed:

Ability to perform physical work outside in various weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsExcellent writing and interpersonal skillsWilling to work in a team environment.Valid driver's license.

$15 - $23 an hour

Pay:

This position's anticipated pay range is provided above; final exempt salary or non-exempt hourly pay will be dependent on experience level as well as considering a % based geographic differential based on where the final candidate will be working. Geographic differentials are used to recognize and reflect cost of labor differences between geographic markets.

Annual Incentive Bonus Opportunity:

Eligible positions may receive an annual cash bonus based on the role's organizational level, and is represented as a percentage range of eligible earnings.
