Job Summary The Elevator Clerk is responsible for handling financial transactions such as processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, matching invoices to purchase orders or vouchers, and general data entry related to accounting tasks. They play a role in maintaining the company's financial records by verifying transaction details and posting them to ledgers and databases.
Even Simpler: This job is about someone who takes care of the money that the company has to pay and receive. They make sure all the bills are correct and enter them into the computer so that everything adds up right.
Skill Requirements Must-Have:
Accounts Payable processing experience
Accounts Receivable management skills
Proficiency in Invoice Matching
Strong Data Entry abilities
Knowledge of General Ledger posting
Preferred:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with creating and managing Spreadsheets
Ability to generate accurate Financial Reports
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
