MCCONE COUNTY HEALTH CENTER Limited X-Ray Technician in CIRCLE, Montana
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Montana Limited X-Ray Tech license and participation in continuing education to maintain license
- Must live in Circle to have the ability for on-call hours
- Ability to make emergency decisions regarding patient safety and equipment failure and repair
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently unsupervised
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Possess tact, discretion, and diplomacy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to read and write legibly and communicate well with others
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Assist in establishing and maintaining an effective preventative maintenance program
- Assist in maintaining the X-Ray Department to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements, surveys and inspections
- Assist in conducting necessary routine checking and monitoring of equipment
- Perform X-Ray duties in a cost-effective manner
- Communicate with the Medical Providers, Director of Nursing and nurses in patient care matters
- Can be requested to participate in Quality Assurance Program
- Actively participate in all X-Ray In-Service Education Programs and Staff Meetings
- Required to complete Relias Learning education assignments
- Assist in all areas as needed and perform other job duties assigned by X-Ray Manager or CEO
Will work on call as needed.
Starting wage is $20.00 per hour for call-ins during clinic hours. On-Call Pay: $4/hour Sundays ? Saturdays + $5/hour Holidays. If called in to work for an ER, will be paid overtime. Paid for an hour for any time spent for the first hour and then in 15 increments thereafter. Benefit package includes: health insurance, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), flex plan and annual longevity bonus.
