Northwest Farm Credit Services, ACA Administrative Assistant-Crop Insurance in Conrad, Montana
Northwest Farm Credit Services is in search of an Administrative Assistant-Crop Insurance to join our crop insurance team in our Conrad, Montana, branch. As a member-owned financial cooperative, we help business owners in agriculture, forestry and fisheries secure the financing they need to operate and grow, and the crop insurance they need to protect their livelihoods. Our customers are primarily located in Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington and Alaska. This full time administrative position reports to the Operations Manager. This position is intended to be an in-branch position with possible work-from-home related to COVID during the pandemic. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Gathering customer information
Supporting crop insurance agents through high quality work
Verifying documents for accuracy
Working with maps of customers' farming operations
Performing administrative duties such as preparing mailings, maintaining electronic customer files, and answering phones
Representing and communicating the values, purpose, and mission of Northwest FCS
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to organize and prioritize work, and produce accurate reports and documents
Exceptional customer service orientation
Strong computer skills, and experience using MS Office
