CITY OF CONRAD Administrative Clerk in CONRAD, Montana

City of Conrad is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Clerk. A high degree of accuracy and close attention to detail are required. A High School Diploma or GED plus two years of full-time (or part-time equivalent) with progressively responsible office experience required. Previous accounting experience or specialized course work in general office practices preferred (Basic Accounting for BARS system). Have or the ability to obtain within 6 months, a Notary Public Certification. must be able to manage stressful situations and maintain confidentiality. Main job duties include all aspects of payroll and the processing of claims for payment. City of Conrad is an equal opportunity employer
