AG WORKER HEALTH & SERVICES Family Nurse Practitioner-Fairview in FAIRVIEW, Montana
Full or Part time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP);Physician (MD/DO); Physicians Assistant (PA) for the Fairview AG Worker Health Clinic in Fairview, MT. * The FNP/MD/PA is an independent provider who works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary health care team to provide quality care to patients. The FNP/MD/PA demonstrates the patient centered standard of practice by making patients and their families the primary focus of care. * The FNP/MD/PA will provide services in clinic sites, homes, fields, schools and orchards as requested. * Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Montana Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Physician or Physician's Assistant License with prescriptive authority and DEA licensure * Current BLS certification * Graduate of an accredited Program * Credentialing by national certifying body * Prefer 2-3 years? experience as provider in primary and/or acute care; will consider new graduates * Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required (interpreters available on site) * Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational and communication skills * Must be self-directed and have strong clinical thinking skills * Must be able to work with broad range of providers, including but not limited to nurses, other providers, ancillary service providers and other departments within MMC
