TOWN OF FAIRVIEW Swim Instructor in FAIRVIEW, Montana
Seasonal Certified Swim Instructor position in Fairview, MT. Position to last approximately from June to end of August. Must be of legal age to perform required duties. Must have Swim Instructor certification prior to start of work. Responsibilities * Provide competent, safe instruction using recognized lead-up skills * Plan and effectively organize class time for maximum practice * Teach with encouragement and positive reinforcement * Provide for consistency in instruction by working each assigned period * Facilitate the certification process with the swim lesson supervisors * Turn in required paperwork Requirements * Ability to instruct swimming lessons * Knowledge of swimming strokes and teaching levels * Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills * Strong problem-solving skills * Self-motivated Wage is dependant on experience and training.
