We have an opportunity for an Electronic Warfare Subject Matter Expert (SME) to work in support of the Shore Based Training Engineering Development Support program.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide requirements to Trouble Reports (TR) and/or Change Requests (CR)

  • Review architectures, component functional allocation and flows, interfaces, system processing and performance for Navy Electronic Warfare systems

  • Evaluate design options and recommend solutions to identified Navy Electronic Warfare systems problems

  • Provide subject matter Naval Electronic Warfare expertise to develop test plans, test specifications, test reports, and other planning documents

  • Develop procedures to test functional-level and system-level requirements of the Electronic Warfare Training software

  • Participate in training related test events such as: ACTS/BFTTA/ATD, Fleet Synthetic Trainer (FST)


  • BA/BS in one of the following disciplines: Systems Engineering or Technical Engineering

  • 15+ years of experience

  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following Naval Systems Areas: AEGIS or US Navy SLQ-32A, SLQ32-B, and/or SLQ-32 (V6)
